About the Role
The Apparel Retail Brand in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to drive results and lead their team to achieve maximum sales, productivity, and profit goals. Key Responsibilities
- Strategically drive results to ensure each store within the region achieves maximum sales, productivity, and profit goals
- Effectively lead and manage functional teams
- Create a vibrant, energetic store environment that meets our brand standards
- Implement effective talent management strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance
- Develop and execute visual and marketing strategies to drive sales growth
Requirements
- Above average level of expertise in dealing with both the general public and store teams
- A proven commitment to customer service excellence
- Superb interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Superior Microsoft office skills
- An ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Strong problem solving skills and proven ability to use your own initiative
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Regional or Area Manager preferably in the fashion / apparel / footwear brand environment
- Completion of post-secondary education (if applicable)
