Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) essential; a tertiary qualification in Food Services Management or Hospitality is preferred Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy upmarket restaurant Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be well-presented, with a professional demeanour and strong focus on guest service excellence Must be strong in Front of House and customer service .
