Key Requirements: · Demonstrated success in managing large, high-energy restaurant operations with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction. · Deep knowledge of food & beverage operations, including stock control, cost management, and health and safety compliance. · Strong leadership and team development abilities — capable of inspiring, coaching, and managing a large, diverse team. · Committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining service consistency and quality. · Hands-on manager with excellent judgment and the ability to think on their feet in a dynamic, trend-driven environment. · Financially savvy with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, driving revenue, and boosting bottom-line performance. · Resilient under pressure, with a calm and solutions-focused approach in high-stress moments. · A stable career history and contactable references are non-negotiable.
