Cape Town Region: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of 7 sales reps (internal and external), and ensuring targets are met. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Solid experience managing/supervising others Technical sales experience Manufacturing, steel industry experience Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies Lead and motivate a team of sales reps Set and achieve sales targets Identify new business opportunities Build and maintain client relationships Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments Resolve any issues that were escalated from sales reps PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
