Cape Town Region: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of 7 sales reps (internal and external), and ensuring targets are met. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Solid experience managing/supervising others Technical sales experience Manufacturing, steel industry experience Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies Lead and motivate a team of sales reps Set and achieve sales targets Identify new business opportunities Build and maintain client relationships Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments Resolve any issues that were escalated from sales reps PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.  Due to the amount of applications we receive for each position, we are unable to respond to each one individually.
