About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Experienced Inbound Consultant to join a leading inbound B2B Destination Management Company in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive inbound experience and in-depth knowledge of destinations and travel products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client files from start to finish, ensuring seamless service without handover to operational teams.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel products, and itineraries to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle client enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate documentation and reports for clients and internal purposes.
- Utilise company systems, including Tourplan, for bookings, reporting, and administration.
- Mentor and support junior and intermediate team members where required.
Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in inbound tourism or travel consultancy. First-hand knowledge of destinations and travel products. Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client files independently. Professional, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving.
