About the Role

We are seeking a hard-working and energetic Part Time Service Centre Administrator / Cashier to join our fast-paced retail environment in Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and achieving individual targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with customers in a customer centric manner
  • Achieve individual targets
  • Cellular and credit administration
  • Processing transactions and cash ups
  • Effective self management and teamwork
  • Security and housekeeping
  • Reception / Switchboard

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Numeracy skills
  • Ability to work with money
  • Computer literacy

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Written and communication skills

  • Telephone etiquette

Qualifications

  • SAP experience (advantageous)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel) proficiency
  • Cellular and credit vetting experience
  • Knowledge of relevant Company policies, practices, processes and systems
  • Conscientious Integrity

  • Target driven
