About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and tyre rotations.
- Perform inspections and testing to ensure vehicle roadworthiness and safety.
- Utilise diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards.
- Provide clear and professional customer service, explaining repairs and recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a motor technician or similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong technical proficiency in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of various vehicle models.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical standards, transparency, and professionalism.
- Computer literacy, including the ability to use diagnostic software.
- Valid drivers licence with a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a motor technician or similar role within the automotive industry.
