About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Manager to join our BEE 5* property at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for restructuring a team and bringing a strong revenue understanding to drive business growth. With a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar 4/5* position, we are looking for someone with excellent administration skills and a good understanding of Revenue Control & Yield Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage group contracts and invoices
  • Set up and implement effective revenue control strategies
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead a team to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive revenue

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar 4/5* position
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Good understanding of Revenue Control & Yield Management
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
