This role requires an experienced and polished therapist who excels in delivering world-class wellness treatments, product knowledge, and personalised guest care. You will be the face of the spa experience, offering treatments that align with the property’s philosophy of holistic wellbeing, comfort, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Deliver professional spa and wellness treatments to the highest standards of hygiene, care, and guest comfort • Provide expert consultations, skincare recommendations, and tailored treatment plans • Complete massages, skincare services, body therapies, and product sales with confidence and skill • Maintain accurate treatment records, handle bookings, scheduling, and spa administration • Promote spa offerings through proactive guest engagement • Monitor and maintain spa inventory and treatment room cleanliness • Assist in improving spa processes and enhancing guest experience • Uphold the spa’s philosophy through warmth, professionalism, and service excellence • Follow correct billing practices and hotel procedures • Participate in daily briefings and feedback sessions Requirements • Recognised Beauty or Spa Therapy qualification – essential • Previous experience within a luxury hotel spa environment • Strong knowledge of premium product houses and spa protocols (TheraVine, Africology, etc.) • Excellent guest service skills, communication, and personal presentation • Confident with skincare advice, body treatments, and wellness retail sales • Emotionally mature, adaptable, and able to work under pressure • Warm, professional, attentive, and committed to guest satisfaction • Team player with positive energy, creativity, and initiative Package • Salary negotiable based on experience • Live-out position • Commission earning potential on treatments and retail sales • Work in a luxury hospitality environment where excellence and guest experience are key To Apply Please submit your CV, contactable references, and a recent head and shoulders photograph ASAP.
