About the Role
The Regional Operations Manager – KZN Region will be responsible for managing the operational, financial, administrative, and customer relations activities in the KZN Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of regional staff, sub-contractors, office, petty cash, assets and vehicles;
- Coordination of technical projects, improvement initiatives and internal central support functions;
- Customer contract management (ensure deliverables are in place as per the applicable Service Level Agreements);
- Improve customer awareness and constantly evaluate customers business processes, propose, re-engineer and implement value-added services;
- Identify potential sales opportunities from existing accounts and build relationships with potential customers;
- Assist in managing Operational budgets (Capex and Opex);
- Communication & liaison with management on regions- and project progress and Key Performance Areas (KPAs);
- Assist in financial management through accurate monthly invoicing; improvement of DSOs and driving down of operational expenses;
- Monitoring of Management and Settlement reports.
