About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Threading & Beauty Specialist to join our team at MF Spa & Beauty Placements in Amanzimtoti, Kwa-Zulu Natal. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services to our clients, including threading and waxing treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality threading and waxing treatments to clients
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the treatment room
- Work efficiently and effectively during busy periods
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase repeat business
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve salon goals
Requirements
- Diploma in Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology (ITEC / CIDESCO)
- Threading and waxing confident, with this being our most requested treatment
- Prior experience with electrical facial machines
- Confident retailer with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
Qualifications
- Formal education in a relevant field (ITEC or CIDESCO)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: R7,000 – R8,000 per month (negotiable based on relevant experience and qualifications)
- Service Commission: 10%
- Retail Commission: 10%
- Pension Fund
