About the Role
We are seeking energetic and target-driven individuals to join our team as Field Promoters for a Telkom campaign. As a Field Promoter, you will be engaging directly with customers in high-traffic areas, promoting Telkom products and services, and driving sales through face-to-face interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Telkom products and services in assigned field locations (malls, taxi ranks, events, and public spaces)
- Actively approach and engage potential customers
- Educate customers on product offerings, benefits, and pricing
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Capture customer information accurately and process applications
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive brand awareness
- Set up and manage promotional stands and marketing material
- Provide daily feedback and reporting to the team leader
Requirements
- Grade 10 / Matric (preferred but not essential)
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Sales or customer service experience is advantageous
- Must be confident, well-spoken, and presentable
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are advantageous)

No formal education or certifications are required.
