About the Role
AJ Roodt Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying new business leads, making outbound sales calls, and maintaining accurate client records.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads
- Make outbound sales calls and update journey documentation
- Maintain and update the Client Satisfaction Tracker
- Assist in developing and updating sales and marketing tools
- General admin duties and reporting
Requirements
- Previous outbound sales/telesales experience is a must
- Valid Driver’s license is advantageous
- Sound knowledge of Excel is a must
- Strong admin and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications are not required for this position.

- Remuneration will be discussed during interview, including basic salary plus generous commission structure.
