<p><span style="color:black;">International </span><strong><span style="color:black;">Hospitality PMS </span></strong><span style="color:black;">company newly launched in </span><strong><span style="color:black;">South Africa</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> is recruiting for an experienced </span><strong><span style="color:black;">Sales Executive</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> based in </span><strong><span style="color:black;">Cape Town.</span></strong></p><p><span style="color:black;">You will be responsible </span><strong><span style="color:black;">driving business growth</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> & </span><strong><span style="color:black;">client acquisition</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> across </span><strong><span style="color:black;">South Africa,</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> marketing this exciting </span><strong><span style="color:black;">cloud-based solution</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> to </span><strong><span style="color:black;">hotels, restaurants, SPAs </span></strong><span style="color:black;">and </span><strong><span style="color:black;">event management</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> companies.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">This role focusses on </span><strong><span style="color:black;">expanding market presence</span></strong><span style="color:black;">, developing </span><strong><span style="color:black;">strategic partnerships</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> and ensuring </span><strong><span style="color:black;">customer satisfaction.</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:black;">Duties:</span></strong></p><p><span style="color:black;">Identify, secure and acquire new business opportunities to meet sales targes</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Converting leads into sales, using a prioritised and consultative approach to ensure clients have the best product and channel mix to benefit</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & partners</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Support strategic planning and sales forecasting</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Assess client expectations. Match and explain the benefits of using the service to potential new clients and referrals, provide relevant support material and follow up to convert clients to sale.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Proactively lead new clients through the sales process of setting up, demonstrating product use, testing and using the service to agreed quality standards.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Provide additional information and advice as required to optimise the product use for clients.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Report on all communication with clients and partners via CRM system to keep accurate records and ensure seamless customer service.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Report customer complaints and feedback to Management</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Work within a team environment where you will be expected to clearly communicate, collaborate, co-operate and advise team members.</span></p><p><strong><span style="color:black;">Requirements: </span></strong></p><p><span style="color:black;">Grade 12</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">A formal qualification will be an advantage</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Previous sales experience, preferably in the hospitality field.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Experience with selling payment gateway tech would be an advantage. </span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Extensive experience using hospitality PMS systems</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Technical ability to demonstrate product</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Valid drivers license & own transport</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Excellent active listening and strong time management skills.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Charismatic personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as the drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Ability to gauge and understand clients' needs and manage the onboarding process for new clients.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;">Maintain a positive attitude and focus on client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.</span> </p>
