About the Role
RPU Security is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee and coordinate all security operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, implementing security policies, and ensuring the safety of staff, clients, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise security staff and daily operations
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections
- Coordinate incident response and investigations
- Ensure compliance with all legal and industry security requirements
- Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services when required
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- 5 Years experience in area management in the security sector
- Proven experience in a security supervisory or management role
- Relevant security qualifications and valid PSIRA registration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
