Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to drive customer growth, enhance engagement, and improve our website experience. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience, security, and scalability of our technical environments, safeguarding both customer and staff operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement secure infrastructure and automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments.
Manage and maintain CI/CD tools to accelerate software development and ensure seamless deployment.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of DevOps processes and systems.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues across development, test, and production environments to minimize downtime and ensure high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize development workflows and ensure smooth operations.
Develop and maintain the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and associated tools to enable rapid deployment and effective monitoring of custom applications at scale.
Implement and uphold operational standards and processes to ensure best practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools to leverage current best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a similar DevOps role
Proven expertise in providing technical support in production environments
Expertise with cloud-based collaboration tools, specifically AWS
Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures and Linux system administration
Hands-on experience with Docker containers and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Nomad
Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Prior experience in regulated industries with compliance and cybersecurity requirements is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
