Job Summary:
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Practitioner SAIT to join our client’s esteemed accounting team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and assistance to clients in order to minimize their tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of South African tax laws and regulations, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing the tax affairs of individuals and businesses. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Providing expert tax advice and assistance to clients on a wide range of tax issues
– Preparing and submitting tax returns on behalf of clients
– Conducting tax audits and investigations
– Identifying tax planning opportunities and strategies to minimize tax liabilities
– Keeping up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
– Representing clients in tax disputes and negotiations with tax authorities
Requirements:
- +/- 8 years experience in Audit or Accounting Firms
- MUST have Greatsoft experience
- MUST have managed Individuals, Corporates and Trust tax affairs
- Client based of 150 250
- Must be Tax Practitioner ( registered with SAIT)
- Should be able to work independently and under pressure
