An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated Turndown Supervisor to join a dynamic team of a four star hotel based in Cape Town. The role focuses on ensuring guests receive world-class service, with the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across guest rooms and shared spaces. Key Responsibilities Supervise and oversee the day-to-day activities of turndown attendants. Conduct daily turndown inspections to guarantee service excellence and maximum guest satisfaction. Manage daily guest amenity stock levels. Ensure guests experience comfort and ease during their stay, including responding to additional late-shift requests. Supervise cleaning of public areas such as passages, lifts, restrooms, lounges, gym, and spa. Oversee deep cleaning activities as required. Manage the handling, storage, and disposal of cleaning materials and equipment. Requirements Matric or NQF (National Qualification Framework) equivalent. Availability to work late shifts. Ability to work across multiple functions, including guest rooms (day and turndown) and front-of-house public areas. Proven track record in a 4-star or equivalent environment, with supervisory experience in a similar role. Competencies Neat; professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Sound knowledge of products, services, and the local city. Ability to motivate, lead, and manage a team effectively.
