Job Description
We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the Ditto product team. In this role, we are looking for an individual who will rock the boat and drive the design of our core products. You will work on three of our core products (including a stealth project launching later this year).

What youll do:
- Understanding the insights and needs of our users
- Play an active role in the ideation, strategy and design of our products, features, and user journeys.
- Carry out research, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and collaboration with our engineers to ship great features and products.
- Design reusable components
- Design and maintain standardized UI kits and design guidelines.
- Implement design systems.
- Work collaboratively with our engineering teams to ensure design consistency is met.
- Design and Prototype User Interfaces
- Constantly ensuring best design practices are being followed
- Assist in QA
What youll need:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a UI/UX or Product Design role (less if your previous work is epic)
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and work well with teams
- You get excited about building new things
- Strong communication, design and creative thinking skills
- Strong experience using Figma
