Job Summary:

Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Planned Maintenance Foreman to join their mining operations in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all planned maintenance activities within the mining site, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery in accordance with company policies and standards.
– Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to carry out planned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
– Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any potential maintenance issues.
– Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
– Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams on best practices and procedures.
– Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
– Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
– Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for reference and analysis.

Qualifications and Experience:

Requirements:
– Grade 12
– A Valid Trade Certificate
– N3 Certificate
– 5 years experience in mining environment
– Planned Maintenance Certificate or Equivalent

Benefits:
– Salary: R1.2m R1.3m CTC
