Qualifications & Experience:

• National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology / Draughting.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or Civil 3D if engineering-focused).
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Familiarity with SANS building codes, municipal by-laws, and industry standards.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as an Architectural Draughtsman, preferably within an engineering or construction company.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for working with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Advantage: Registration with SACAP (South African Council for the Architectural Profession).
