About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team at Rofika BEC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality technical drawings, supporting project design, and ensuring deadlines are met across diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and produce accurate architectural drawings using Revit.
• Support the design and documentation of projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design compliance and project progress.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation meet institutional and regulatory standards.
• Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Must be registered with SACAP as Senior Architectural Technologist/ Candidate Architect/Architectural technologist.
• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Creative, energetic, and deadline-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Drivers licence and the ability to drive manual vehicles.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive gross salary of R23,000.00 per month.
