About the Role
IGo Solutions, a leading dealership in Ballito, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Coordinate with technicians and other departments to achieve service goals
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to quality control standards
- Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Previous or current Workshop Quality Controller experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Traceable references
