Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring orders and returns are processed timeously and accurately.
Coordinate daily logistics planning, fleet management, and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
Manage and improve stock control, including receiving, labeling, bin location management, and daily stock counts.
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company procedures, health, and safety standards.
Lead and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring productivity and high-quality service delivery.
Conduct regular reporting on operational activities, queries, and stock figures.
Monitor and resolve claims, delivery delays, and problematic parcels promptly.
Maintain excellent housekeeping and compliance with OHASA requirements.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

National Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (advantageous).
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse or distribution management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or stock management systems.
