Centurion: Bookkeeper – Properties, finance, administration posted by Techbridge Recruitment

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property administration or similar
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with MDA or MRI Property Central (advantage)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Full finance admin: debtors, creditors, cashbook, billing and reconciliations
• Tenant liaison, arrears management and rental collections
• Monthly billing, statements and utilities recovery
• Maintenance administration and job card control
• Co-ordination of maintenance schedules and property inspections
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers and municipalities
