Job Title: Sectional Title Bookkeeper
Location: Die Hoewes, Centurion
Industry: Property Management
Type: Full-Time | On-site
Salary: R20,000 R25,000 CTC per month (negotiable based on experience)
About the Opportunity:
Our client, a well-established property management company based in Centurion, is looking to appoint a Sectional Title Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate coming from an Audit or Accounting firm background who is looking to broaden their skillset in the property sector. No prior property experience or formal property or accounting qualifications are required.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric (Grade 12) essential
-
Experience working in an Audit or Accounting firm required
-
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple portfolios
-
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
-
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Full bookkeeping function for multiple Sectional Title schemes
-
Bank reconciliations and processing of financial transactions
-
Monthly reporting and financial statements
-
Monitoring budgets and levy collections
-
Processing supplier invoices and payments
-
Liaising with trustees, owners, and service providers when necessary
-
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
