Job Description

Requirements: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification will be an advantage 3 years administration experience Experience within the long term insurance or short term insurance industry will be beneficial Computer literate Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (Essential) Willingness and ability to learn Must be able to work under pressure Excellent communication skills Valid drivers license and own transport Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management. Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations. Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff in a timely and professional manner. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals. Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
