Centurion: Business Analyst

As part of a collaborative environment, youll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilitieshelping to deliver solutions that enhance business performance and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Provide support for system integration initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination between development and operations teams. Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and validating new system implementations or enhancements. Support project delivery through planning, tracking, and reporting activities. Contribute to change management efforts and facilitate user adoption of new processes or systems. Provide ongoing support for systems, processes, and data-related initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role. Strong background in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and data analysis. Experience working on system integration projects and collaborating with technical teams. Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Relevant certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC, or equivalent are advantageous. Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus. Experience within the telecommunications or digital services industry is beneficial. Exposure to Zendesk and/or Splynx systems will be an advantage.
