About the Role We are looking for motivated and professional Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, and provide excellent service while meeting performance targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding accounts, payments, or service-related matters. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally. Update customer information and call outcomes accurately in the system. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets . Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant department when necessary. Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements. Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement. Grade 12 / Matric certificate (required). Previous call centre, debt collection, or customer service experience (advantageous). Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English (Additional languages an advantage). Computer literate and able to work with CRM or call management systems. Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment . Professional telephone manner and good problem-solving skills. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Call Centre Diploma will be an advantage
