About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned RF Engineer to lead our team as a Centurion, responsible for driving technical excellence and innovation in our defence and aerospace solutions. As a recognised subject matter expert in a particular discipline, you will be instrumental in guiding complex system designs and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the design authority for your discipline, leading complex system designs and ensuring technical excellence
- Guide and review design activities to ensure compliance, manufacturability, and performance integrity
- Mentorship & Team Development: Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Support opportunity evaluation, feasibility studies, and bid development
- Collaborate with other Chief Engineers and executive leadership to align technical strategy with company objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, specialising in Antenna Theory or RF Electronics/Firmware
- 10 years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership
- Recognised subject matter expert in a particular discipline (e.g., electromagnetic simulation, structural mechanics, embedded systems, or firmware)
- Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO)
