Job Summary
The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Record all incidents.
- Ensure compliance to Company’s disciplinary code.
- Ensure that all Company/Client SOPs are followed.
- Manage the email address adhoc request.
- Communicate by telephone with external and internal client.
- Manage all details/ incident on the monitoring platforms.
- Keep record on Excel and word documents.
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
- PSIRA- Grade A
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the following platforms/systems will be to you advantage; CiiMs, Proof 360, Netcool, Google Earth, Synapse, Signal Tower, I-Crypto/VAMS & Fetch OSS.
- Incident management.
- Incident analysis within BTS environment.
- Any other alarm monitoring platform experience will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Clean disciplinary and criminal record.
- Willing to undergo polygraph testing.
- Bilingual (English and any other South African Language).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
- Outlook is essential.
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with Microsoft
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to capture correct information.
- Ability to communicate clients request correctly.
