Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Diagnose electrical problems and perform troubleshooting to identify and repair faults.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure electrical systems and equipment operate efficiently.
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet OHS standards and local electrical codes.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Perform quality checks on electrical systems and provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
Requirements:
- Red Seal certification as an Electrician.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as an electrician.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and relevant electrical codes.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to performing high-quality work.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
