We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team at Boneo Placement Services. As a Centurion in our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Key Responsibilities
- Process salary payments and manage billing and statements
- Utilize SAGE Accounting Software to maintain accurate financial records
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
- Provide exceptional organizational and communication skills to internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail in all financial tasks
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Administration and/or Finance
- Knowledge of salary processing, billing, and statements
- Experience with SAGE Accounting Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Very strong work drive and attention to detail
