Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Existing Clients:
- Liaise with clients daily and provide exceptional service.
- Prepare and send accurate documentation to banks for transaction settlements.
- Follow up on client queries promptly.
- Update internal systems and capture data accurately.
- Manage cash management systems.
- Process balance of payment forms efficiently.
Client Onboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
- Update and maintain records for existing clients.
- Communicate with clients about accounts, balances, and payments.
- Collaborate with authorized dealers on client updates and changes.
- Manage and update business mandates, agreements, and regulatory documentation.
- Maintain management information systems and client statistics (new, dormant, etc.).
- Update internal systems, such as Tyrus, with client information.
Settlements:
- Ensure client confirmations are accurate and delivered on time.
- Reconcile bank and client accounts effectively.
- Resolve client queries and provide excellent service delivery.
- Liaise with authorized dealers on operational matters.
- Facilitate client tax clearance applications and assist with exchange control applications.
Dealing:
- Quote rates to suppliers.
- Optimize profitability in all dealings.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or certification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Outlook and other computer packages.
- Admin Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Thinking Skills: Strong conceptual and analytical thinking.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build relationships and understanding others.
- Accuracy: High level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactivity: Forward-thinking and solution-oriented approach.
- Deep understanding of foreign exchange processes and systems.
- Familiarity with operational systems and workflow management.
