Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet according to company standards and health regulations.
- Train and mentor staff members on customer service, food preparation, and safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor sales and revenue performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with franchise requirements and industry regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on outlet performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the franchise owner and other supervisors to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the food outlet at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Supervisor with at least 5 years experience in a similar role in the food retail industry, preferably within a franchise setting
- Should have worked either under a senior manager with the hunger to become a senior manager
- Maintain franchise rules and standards
- Franchise evaluations
- Stock management
- Solid knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and customer service best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport for travel to various franchise outlets
- Relevant certification in food safety and hygiene will be advantageous
