Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee full SDLC – from requirements to deployment.
• Ensure secure, reliable IT systems and compliance with governance standards.
• Deliver IT projects (ERP, e-commerce, internal systems) on time and within budget.
• Mentor and grow IT teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in IT/Programming or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years’ software development experience, with 5+ years in IT leadership.
• Strong technical background: .Net (Framework/Core), APIs (JSON, REST, SOAP), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MS SQL, Postgres SQL.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.

Beneficial: Azure (DevOps/Developer), Xamarin, Entity Framework, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, SignalR, ITIL, or related certifications.

Skills & Attributes

• Strategic IT planning and project management (Agile/Scrum).
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of ISO, IT governance, compliance, and change control.
