About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Centurion to join our team as either a Junior Accountant or Senior Financial Accountant. As the finance business partner and financial management of the company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company’s financial well-being and contribute to its growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the finance business partner and financial management of the company
- Participate in management meetings and brand meetings
- Lead and manage the annual operating (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgeting processes
- Monitor the company’s expenses against budgets
- Oversee procurement and accounts payable
- Oversee debt management and collections
- Maintain accurate and complete income and expenses
- Prepare monthly reconciliations
- Ensure collections are made
Requirements
- Strong bookkeeping accounting knowledge
- Ability to function in a high-pressure environment
- Competent in problem solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills (non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in accounting (or equivalent)
- SAIPA (advantageous)
