About the Role
IZI South Africa, a credible and leading provider of cash solutions for efficient and secure cash logistic services, is seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven National ATM Support Specialist to join our Operations Support team at Head Office – Centurion. This specialized role moves beyond regional management to focus on national strategic alignment and operational excellence for our ATM Business. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring our ATM performance metrics are met and exceeded through rigorous analysis, financial forecasting, and workforce productivity optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile actual ATM performance results with strategic planning and financial forecasts to ensure national operational goals are met.
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize the productivity and efficiency of various field teams, including custodian, First Line Maintenance (FLM), auditing and training teams.
- Proactively monitor and manage operational performance to consistently exceed agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Drive continuous improvement in national ATM support processes and systems through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a specialized analytical or support role, ideally within a national operations or finance context.
- Strong competency in financial analysis, forecasting, and data reconciliation.
- Exceptional ability to optimize workforce productivity and manage performance against rigorous SLAs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
