• Manage the daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle sales department
• Lead, motivate, and develop the pre-owned sales team to achieve targets
•  Drive vehicle sales volumes, gross profit, and finance penetration
• Ensure optimal stock levels, stock turn, and vehicle pricing competitiveness
• Source quality pre-owned stock through trade-ins, auctions, and suppliers
• Monitor and manage ageing stock and implement corrective strategies
• Work closely with F&I, workshop, and marketing teams to maximise profitability
• Ensure adherence to dealership policies, processes, and compliance standards
• Analyse sales reports, trends, and performance metrics
• Handle escalated customer issues and maintain high CSI scores

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a pre-owned vehicle sales management role
• Proven track record in achieving sales and gross profit targets
• Strong understanding of vehicle pricing, stock management, and trade-in evaluations
• Experience within a franchised dealership environment (preferred)
• Valid driver’s licence
