About the Role

The Centurion: Project Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our projects and programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and experienced professional to join our Programme Management Office (PMO) team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer all project and programme activities
  • Schedule and manage project and SteerCo meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking
  • Maintain and update project documentation, templates, and reporting packs
  • Manage and audit project documentation within the project repository
  • Ensure compliance with PMO governance and document management procedures
  • Upload and manage project documentation via Signiflow for approvals and signatures
  • Track project risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Monitor and update project budgets and financial tracking elements
  • Assist with requisitions, purchase order reconciliation, and invoice tracking
  • Support onboarding of new project resources
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Programme/Project Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma in Project Management or Project/Office Administration (NQF 6)
  • 35 years proven experience in project or programme administration
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
