About the Role
Gijima Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centurion: Project Administrator to provide comprehensive programme and project administration support to our Programme Manager and project team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective coordination, reporting, governance compliance, and smooth day-to-day project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer all project and programme activities
- Schedule and manage project and SteerCo meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking
- Maintain and update project documentation, templates, and reporting packs
- Manage and audit project documentation within the project repository
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance and document management procedures
- Upload and manage project documentation via Signiflow for approvals and signatures
- Track project risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Monitor and update project budgets and financial tracking elements
- Assist with requisitions, purchase order reconciliation, and invoice tracking
- Support onboarding of new project resources
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Programme/Project Manager
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO administrative processes and best practices
Requirements
- Diploma in Project Management or Project/Office Administration (NQF 6)
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in project or programme administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
