About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Attorney with expertise in Labour and Employment Law to join our team at Lyttelton Manor. As a seasoned legal professional, you will be responsible for handling complex cases, compiling legal documents, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle General Litigation, Civil Law, and Labour & Employment Law matters for the law firm
- Compile related legal documents and correspondence
- Liaise with clients, staff, and senior stakeholders
- Perform General Attorney duties (client legal representation, Court appearances, etc.)
- Manage a team of lawyers and contribute to strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Fully bilingual with strong English business proficiency
- LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney (must)
- 8 to 10 years post admission experience as a Practising Attorney in Labour and Employment Law (must)
- Forensic investigations background advantageous
- Director-level experience preferred, or ready to contribute to strategic decision-making

- Admitted as an Attorney
