A leading supply chain technology and consulting company is looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Consultant with strong expertise in supply chain analysis, project management, and data-driven solutions to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have 610 years of experience across multiple supply chain domains (such as inventory, warehousing, and logistics), combined with strong analytics and consulting skills. This role requires leading projects, guiding teams, and ensuring value delivery to clients through smart, tech-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain consulting and/or Transport Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation projects.

• Lead client engagement, oversee project delivery, and ensure budget control.

• Provide team leadership, guidance, and workload management to ensure project success.

• Conduct performance reviews and support team career development.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and client interactions professionally.

• Ensure project milestones and value delivery through effective planning and execution.

• Identify opportunities for continued or new business with current clients.

• Apply subject matter expertise in supply chain analysis to drive client value.

Requirements:

• 610 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or project delivery.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain (inventory, warehousing, logistics, etc.).

• Experience with TMS and WMS is highly beneficial.

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency; Power BI and/or SQL skills are advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Leadership skills to manage projects and guide teams effectively.

• High attention to detail with a process improvement mindset.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused with a strategic mindset.
