Qualifications and Experience: National Diploma/ Advanced Certificate in Finance/ Financial Risk Management related qualification. Relevant 2 years experience in a Payments/ Treasury/ Reconciliation environment. Technical: Computer literacy (MS Office skills Excel, Word, Outlook). Customer service experience including telephone etiquette. Knowledge of Payment query handling and resolution. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
