Job Description Manage key stakeholder relationships including Utility Service Suppliers, MTN, IHS, and other partners. Handle utility queries and disputes, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Open new utility accounts and manage the termination or closing of existing accounts. Lead the process for payments, and the recovery of deposits and credits where required. Coordinate and support meter reading activities. Maintain progress trackers, supplier reports, client activity reports, and all related documentation. Provide professional liaison and communication with internal departments, clients, and external bodies. Higher Education & Training qualification. Finance qualification or currently studying towards one (advantageous). Matric / Grade 12. Valid South African drivers license
