About the Role
Jalusi Corporation is seeking a skilled Utilities Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our utility service, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, handling queries and disputes, and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. With your expertise in utilities, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our infrastructure and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key stakeholder relationships including Utility Service Suppliers, MTN, IHS, and other partners
- Handle utility queries and disputes, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
- Open new utility accounts and manage the termination or closing of existing accounts
- Lead the process for payments, and the recovery of deposits and credits where required
- Coordinate and support meter reading activities
- Maintain progress trackers, supplier reports, client activity reports, and all related documentation
Requirements
- Higher Education & Training qualification
- Finance qualification or currently studying towards one (advantageous)
- Matric / Grade 12
- Valid South African drivers license
