Finance Manager (JB5334)Newlands, Cape Town (Office-based)R75 000 R95 000 CTC per monthPerformance-based bonusesPermanentEstablished credit providers specialising in development finance and property-backed lending are looking for a finance manager to lead the full finance function, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and modelling. This is a hands-on role with exposure to investor reporting, treasury, and reporting – ideal for a commercially astute and analytical professional.Minimum Requirements:CIMA-qualified, coupled with 3 or more years of post-qualification experience within a similar role and nicheAdvanced ExcelStrong financial modelling, analysis, and cashflow forecasting abilitySolid budgeting and reporting experienceComfortable managing a team and presenting to senior stakeholdersHigh integrity, adaptable, and problem-solving mindsetDuties and Responsibilities:Lead the finance team, review monthly files, management packs, and financialsPrepare detailed quarterly forecasts and budget vs actuals reportsPresent financial analysis and reporting to shareholders and investorsManage treasury to ensure capital sufficiency for deal drawdownsAct as a compliance officer and manage FSCA/FIC obligationsParticipate in credit approvals, deal profitability analysis, and funding strategyOversee risk monitoring for maturing loans, security releases, and settlementsManage financial oversight of property portfolio and liaise with age.
