Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Manage and train a team across multiple departments, including housekeeping, front-of-house, food and beverage, and guiding staff. Ensure outstanding customer service and personalized experiences for guests. Maintain high standards in lodge presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance. Oversee reservations, check-ins, and guest relations. Handle financial management, including budgeting, stock control, and reporting. Work closely with conservation and wildlife teams to integrate hospitality with nature experiences. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in a lodge or hotel management role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent guest relations and people management abilities. Experience with lodge administration, budgets, and financial reporting. Knowledge of hospitality systems (reservations, POS, stock management). A passion for conservation and sustainable tourism.
