About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Reservationist to join our team in Constantia, responsible for managing hotel reservations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations using reservation systems (e.g., Opera, NightsBridge, Semper, or similar)
- Maintain accurate room inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications in a timely manner
- Work efficiently under pressure to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management
- Previous experience in a reservations or front office role within hospitality
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems
