Job Summary
- Develop, maintain, and improve actuarial and predictive models—both existing and from the ground up.
- Use machine learning to build intelligent, data-driven solutions.
- Own your models end-to-end—drive, innovate, and lead without hand-holding.
- Balance exploratory analysis with business-aligned modelling projects.
- Work closely with a collaborative, office-based team in a fast-paced environment.
- Constantly look for ways to challenge assumptions and enhance model performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 4 actuarial exams completed.
- 3+ years of hands-on modelling experience (actuarial and/or predictive).
- Strong programming and technical skills—Python, R, or similar tools preferred.
- Familiarity with machine learning and its application in real-world modelling.
- Background in financial services is a strong plus.
- Sharp problem-solver, team player, and self-starter who thrives on collaboration.
- This is an in-office role—you’ll be fully embedded in the team and the work we do.
