Job Summary

Minimum Requirements Registration as a professional with SACPCMP is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SHEQ management within the civils construction industry, with a focus on wind and solar projects. Proven track record in implementing SHEQ systems and Integrated Project Planning (IPP) standards. In-depth knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage personnel at all levels. Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and IPS. Vehicle and valid Driver`s License. Duties and responsibilities Implement and maintain SHEQ management systems in alignment with company standards and legislative requirements. Ensure all SHEQ policies and procedures comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and enforce preventative measures to mitigate risks. Monitor and report on compliance with SHEQ regulations across wind and solar farm projects and substation construction sites. Oversee incident investigations, developing and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Provide SHEQ training and guidance to site personnel to enhance safety awareness and practices.
